Everybody told me UPS would send my order back . It's just what they do . I gave my delivery address , my phone number , and my box number . They never sent a tracking number to my e-mail and by the time I finally found out how to get the tracking number as you can't phone anybody , they had already sent my water pump back to North York Ontario . Costing me thousands in lost revenue as i couldn't get my hay off the field , and lost my window for haying . Wish i would have gone to the dealer and paid more for the water pump . Now i have a window again to hay which is way over grown now and my water pump is back in North York . Way to go UPS .

It is very frustrating to unable to track my package with my tracking from UPS App that keep limited info. But instead many other sites constantly popping up

At least 50% of the time I never get my packages.

I was told my package would be delivered by 4:30 pm this was at 5pm. They finally got here at 8:13pm. They definitely need new pilots as they are ALWAYS late getting to Savannah. It's impossible for the driver to be on time when the packages can't get to the city til 10am.
