Last time my package was scanned was Dec 5th, today is the 19th and still no package!! It was due to arrive the 11th?!?!?!?!?

Love the website tracking, easy to use, had troubles with the automated phone system, but this way was much more easy to use, thank you all at UPS for all your hard work.
