I have just been ripped off by the UPS store #6466. I entered the store with the UPS envelope my amazon item came in. The girl let me throw it away; and only after reviewing my receipt. She charged my $5.99 for the same envelope. I was not informed or advised of this charge. I have never been charged for UPS products. They are very deceptive and should not be trusted. I will never use this store again. Please, Please be careful. I usually try to give a little compliment when possible. This store #6455 deserves nothing!!

Very disappointed in the way my package was handled.I pay an extra $20 to have it expressed and it's been over a week and I still have not received it yet!

The tracking information is poorly updated making it difficult to track a package. Very frustrating.

-0 is my actual score, I have nothing good to say paid taxes overnight and called in ups are by a long shot the worst courier company and their staff are all understanding frustration. We are still waiting over a week later

Your [censored] of signature required! Will cost my package not to be delivered ! I work Monday through Saturday 9-6:00...Your delivery time is 2:30-6:00...Guess what I'm at work! You had two attempts with no luck. You say I have one more attempt, then sending package back! Guess what, I'll be at work Monday on your third attempt! Called and tried to get package delivered too work. You said NO! Due too your strict policy, signature required! This is just poor customer service! I would have to lose a days pay to receive package! Is UPS going too pay me for my lost wages...Hell NO! Just make sure, next time UPS is not involved with the shipping!!!
