Disappointed
Considering where my package was tossed and found, I will assume it was not delivered by our regular driver. Putting a package, especially a small one, on the ground in between two yards, rather than on the front steps or by the garage, is NOT acceptable. The package was out all night in inclement weather, and discovered after I returned home from dropping one of my children off at school. According to tracking info, the package was delivered the previous evening (I only had this info after getting the package, since it was a gift sent by someone else). Fortunately, the items inside were okay despite the package being a soggy mess.

The contents of this package was perishable, and was clearly marked in large letters on front of the package...it was left at the front door and i just found it today..my telephone number was on the package and the driver could have called me so i knew the package had been delivered..very poor. Customer service...this is why i never use ups to ship any packages
