This customer service is no understandable. You can't hear the customer service representative if there in another country or another planet it's so hard to hear them. We're in the 21st century electronic communications as much to be expected in this century. You displacing American workers but Outsourcing I'd rather pay more money and have customer service that understands me then having a cheap rate third world country Customer Service ain't worth it

Your service su**s!! 5 times now you promised to change the address which is off by s number.. did not have a suite . I was told 3 times all was good

Very disopinted in UPS !!! Couldn't find my package by suppliers tracking # after two hrs. on phone and online found that the # had changed ??? Message package was delivered to 230 miles away on May 29th today is June 6th now neither UPS OR USPS Has no update !!!
