Absolutely disgraceful. Wasn’t home, so they didn’t deliver it... fine. But they left a card saying it’s been taken back and I’ll have to collect it. I’ve rung 3 times and they still haven’t told me where to collect it from. I get a text after 6pm saying it’s deivered to a pack and send store. I go there the next day... and guess what, it’s not there. I still don’t know where it is and toll won’t tell me either. So you’ve left me assuming a driver has stolen my brand new iPad, or it’s been lost... seeings as your not telling me anything. I need compensation for this. You guys s*ck

The worst delivery service! Not only do you have to sit around all day from 8am to 8pm but my parcel has still not even shown up. 3 days in a row now I have received a text saying it's on its way for delivery today. Not happy!

A 12 hour window for delivery is BS,are they delivering it by foot,need to lift your game!!!

Absolutely appalling service from Toll. Extremely bad service. Delivery promised and confirmed on several instances but still have not received my item. Called to report complaint and no resolution. BS saying they are better than Australia Post!!!! Australia Post deliver when they say they will otherwise they send the item back to a local post office... no dramas. Toll should not be a business because they cannot function. They deserve a -0 rating for extremely bad service and communication. Customer service is also a negative experience as no positive outcome could be achieved. Still waiting to hear back from Toll. They have caused a lot of inconvience and stress as a result of their BS. Note there is no option to leave a -0 rating otherwise I would. What a joke!!!
