Absolutely appalling service from Toll. Extremely bad service. Delivery promised and confirmed on several instances but still have not received my item. Called to report complaint and no resolution. BS saying they are better than Australia Post!!!! Australia Post deliver when they say they will otherwise they send the item back to a local post office... no dramas. Toll should not be a business because they cannot function. They deserve a -0 rating for extremely bad service and communication. Customer service is also a negative experience as no positive outcome could be achieved. Still waiting to hear back from Toll. They have caused a lot of inconvience and stress as a result of their BS. Note there is no option to leave a -0 rating otherwise I would. What a joke!!!

Never reliable. I don't think Toll have ever delivered something to me as instructed. They make very little effort.

Nrver use Toll for international Express.Service is cr*p and noone here will help you.They will not investigate anything only tell you to go back to sender.Terrible service from Toll. Snail mail bb is quicker

Unreliable time and day changes. Completely unacceptable in this day and age when many other couriers can give you a more accurate window for delivery. I’ve been waiting for 3 days in a row for something that they keep promising is arriving. What an absolute joke of a courier!
