Unreliable time and day changes. Completely unacceptable in this day and age when many other couriers can give you a more accurate window for delivery. I’ve been waiting for 3 days in a row for something that they keep promising is arriving. What an absolute joke of a courier!

Absolutely apalling. I missed a delivery. Took 2 days off work to be home to sign for parcel...and yes still no parcel. The customer service is atrocious to say the least. If there was a zero star that would be the rating.

I would give a no star. As the service after you miss a delivery is absolutely appalling. I waited 2 days and missed work for re delivery and still no delivery. Very very unacceptable.

Customer service representatives hung up on me four times after toll lost my passport. I was in tears! Finally it was tracked down and I was apologized to. It's really not ok to have employees who would rather hang up, than help.
