Customer service representatives hung up on me four times after toll lost my passport. I was in tears! Finally it was tracked down and I was apologized to. It's really not ok to have employees who would rather hang up, than help.

Customer Service support is based overseas, they have no idea where your parcel is. They don’t follow up even when promising to call back with answers. Hopefully will never have another item shipped through this company ever again.

inflexible processes, inflexible delivery timings. The call-centre operator was difficult to understand - overall, you guys s*ck and I would not give you my business if I have the choice

I can’t believe that 4 parcels coming from one supplier can get separated. One parcel arrived, the rest I had to chase up.
