How can an overnight airbag take 2 or more days ? I'm advised by customer service that 'overnight' is 1 - 2 days,, this is not good enough.

Bad attitude driver,, airbags commonly take 2 days, Melb-Syd. Cannot precisely track a consignment to delivery time.

5 days ago last update of parcel location not very accurate tracking why pay for tracking if it isn't updated?

Not a very helpful tracking system. Delivered to AG822 or something. Who knows where that is. Then rang the 1300 number that suggested collection from a post office and then have navigate the website to find that section. Will take me long than it did the parcel to arrive!! I thought Aust Post was a challenge. They look like rock stars compared to this process.

DESPITE REPEATED CALL,EMAILS OF CONFIRMATION THEY STILL WILL NOT LEAVE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IF NOBODY IS THERE. WE ARE IN AN ISOLATED SMALL COUNTRY TOWN BUT YOUR REQUEST'S GO UNHEADED. I ASK MY SUPPLIERS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. TO UNRELIABLE.
