Not a very helpful tracking system. Delivered to AG822 or something. Who knows where that is. Then rang the 1300 number that suggested collection from a post office and then have navigate the website to find that section. Will take me long than it did the parcel to arrive!! I thought Aust Post was a challenge. They look like rock stars compared to this process.

DESPITE REPEATED CALL,EMAILS OF CONFIRMATION THEY STILL WILL NOT LEAVE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IF NOBODY IS THERE. WE ARE IN AN ISOLATED SMALL COUNTRY TOWN BUT YOUR REQUEST'S GO UNHEADED. I ASK MY SUPPLIERS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. TO UNRELIABLE.

Toll is the most hopeless delivery service Tell you a bunch of lies to cover their a*s Never deliver on time and never leave a card when they sat they have attempted delivery

Terrible service. Checked Toll Website only to find parcel undeliverable awaiting customers instructions. Did not get a card, did not get an email, did not get an SMS. What sort of service is this. .. I will be telling the supplier NOT to use Toll as they are unreliable and do not have any communication with the client as to updates on delivery. Not happy at all.
