RD988106207ZA parcel going to Durban. Submitted to King William's Town post office & took 12 days to get to East London. Still in East London even now. Imagine, 26.03 to 11.04 still in East London

Shocking service , parcel has been in the country for more than a month and it’s still in never never land …local postmaster does not have a working computer, helpline don’t answer their phones or emails ….another failed SOE !!!

Imported parts from china, arrived 1st of March 2022 at jhb int mail centre, is the 11th April 2022, stil at jhb int mail centre, absolutely disgracefull. It took 26days from china to south africa, and now it is almost two months at jhb int mail centre.
