It took an USA parcel from the 6 /01/2022 that it leave Jhb airport till 18/01/2002 to get to the postoffice in Jhb. It left Jhb postoffice on 20/01/22. Now where can I find a SA tracking number on that parcel and I can't get through to customer service. For a week now there is no trace of the parcel. They don't answer emails

Absolutely pathetic!! My wish parcel has been sitting at the Jhb post office but when u track it on here it says there is no such tracking nr! What a joke

You just need to shutdown your customer service its so poor i waited for response then end up getting two disrespectful consultants who couldnt even assist me.

Poor Poor service. Cannot believe it’s take so long for a parcel to come in from the UK and onlt Be checked in a month later. It then has to fit customs etc. who knows how long that will take. Will never use SA Post office ever again, you’re a disgrace to the South African community

My parcel was handed in on the 10th of January and according to my tracking no it is still at the post office when will it move to another destination
