Its just that there's no zero. In actual fact, SAPO does not deserve even a star. I am still waiting for my parcel since 2021 December 20. No positive tracking details, no customer update. What a mess.

Waiting for a parcel from US since the 27th of August 2021. I was told that there is a backlog and it is in JHB but I need to wait. Absolutely shocking!!!!

Pathetic. I pay R100 extra to track my mail sent to USA, over 2 months ago, and I haven't been able to trace the letter ONCE. The're is always an "issue" or "not found"- what's the use!

No tracking updates on shipment. Phones are not answered.Why are our parcels still sent to this hub.It is a disappointment really.

The south African post office is poor on updates of parcel tracking.

I have sent 3 parcels ,all to Western Cape,in November all other 2 was received but this one has never been received PA 449 802 842 ZA.
