TERRIBLE SERVICE. I hate that I have to receive packages through the post office. I've been waiting for a package for almost a year. When I call them they don't have any information regarding g the package even when I give them my tracking number. I have NEVER received an Sms about any package I received. I always have to just show up at the post office and hope for the best. RIDICULOUS!!!

very bad service ! cannot get through to your call cente .registred parcel taking longer than two weeks was told it would take a week

Your Speed Service is not effective. Its been three weeks since i sent a parcel it still havent reached its destination.

Not really satisfied, all day yesterday error message or tracking number not recognised appears. This document in a standard size envelope is critical for myself as my monthly UK pension will be delayed if not received in Manchester.
