Horrible service! Mailed a parcel registered post on 10/08/21 . Receiver still not received anything till today 30/08/21. :(

My parcel is GONE. If you type the number THEY sent. It just says cannot find it or error. They do not answer their phones or reply To mails. They do not even get 1 star in my eyes!

Service is disgusting. Post Boxes are filthy. I have asked for over 2 years for them to be cleaned. General attitude of its not my job. Impression is that staff are not well trained.

A parcel was sent on the 17th of August 2021, I've been trying to track it as it still hasn't reached it's destination even though it's a domestic parcel. The tracking results show that it's still at Ladysmith Hub even though they received it on the 18th. It still hasn't been shipped.

A parcel was posted on 15july from Sydney. It arrived 20 July in SA. It went through customs and was ready for delivery on 26July. Up to today 23 Aug I have not received it! Why?????
