I received a tracking number that I must collect my parcel to the Post office. I didn't know where to go and collect it because my local post office got looted during the unrest. I tried to phone I could not get through to the the customer services. I logged in to the website they provided it said my parcel is intransit at Durmail. I went there this morning only to be td that they only keep parcels from international not local. They told me to go to the nearest post office which I don't know how because it is undergoing repairs as it was damaged during the unrest. Now I don't what to do

I received an SMS on the 31st of July 2021 that my parcel is ready to be delivered, but when I try to browse into the link they referred to me,it has been forbidden,what might be the problem, please help me track my parcel?

Waiting from 23rd July till now and all it says in transit how disgraceful is that will never send anything with you again and will send to other people that they must also not send with you very poor service

Our post offices are unreliable and still destroys its reputation,I have posted parcels since on 23rd july 2021 ,the parcels are still in Doornfontein,its been 2 weeks now.PE 823 618 725Za to Western Cape and PE 368 065 586za to Emalahleni and PE823 618 544za to Mbombela all these were posted at Doornfontein Post office Johannesburg.
