POOR POOR POOR VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Went to Post Office Maponya mall on the 20/04/2021 to post an item to Rustenburg, and I went back today to enquirer since the receiver hasn’t received it,was told stories of the how my parcel is an ordinary parcel so can’t expect it to move very quick,while I was told it will only take a week by their teller Proof Manganyi.Only to discover when I track the parcel it is still in their post office maponya mall branch, it hasn’t moved.

Very poor. Registered letter handed in 21April at Danhof. Was last stamped at Bloemfontein hub 30 April. And there it's stuck.....no movement

Parcel was handed in on the 26thApril and the sender advised it will leave the next day, tracker still says the parcel is at Gugulethu PO Sunday 2May. Why are you keeping parcels so long in these times where everything is done digitally. No more and word of mouth is bigger than your adverts, will never ever use your services
