The service is so slow, i haven't received any of my orders from oversea. When I track my orders they are all stuck with you guys and it's way past the delivery date now.. They have been in transit for month. When I email the post office they don't respond.

Registered letter to UK after posting 2 weeks in Witpos has after 3 weeks not arrived at OR Thambo totally unacceptable.

Absolute rubbish. Very unhelpful. By the the worst service ever to exist on earth. Parcel arrived in December and is still in JHB and apparently untraceable. Call center is a joke cause no one ever answers the phone even after being on hold for over an hour!
