I would prefer a rating of zero. The Post Office and their tracking system simply don't function. My parcel to Australia was posted in Grahamstown on November 7, 2020. Their tracking service snowsuit as having reached the port Elizabeth hub the next day. It's now January 31, 2021 and their tracking service shows no further progress. Repeated attempts to SMS them go unanswered. Phoning costs a fortune because the phone is rarely answered. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Rating ZERO

Tracking system of no use. Item I'm looking for does not appear. However, the Nampost system indicates that the item arrived at Capemail on 22 Jan.

Since 14 January 2021 my parcel stuck at TSHWANE HUB.. it seems as the service is very slow because since then there is no movement til today...

My parcel was mailed on the 17th of December but still it says in transit.So I don't understand what's going on.
