This post office in Greenacres is pathetic. Mailed my parcel the 13th January, still showing in transit then says error. Is it a snail that's maybe deliverinf the parcel. I mean Pretoria is not 7days away from Port Elizabeth. And to top it off, I've been calling them and no one answers the phone. So what was the point in paying for a tracking number when it can't be tracked.

I don't rate your services at all. I have 3 international parcels stuck somewhere in S.A. that arrived in the beginning of December. Nowhere to be found.

Parcel sent 11/01/2021 from Krugersdorp. Arrived in Rustenburg 14/01/2021 as per SAPO tracking. Since then unable to be found.

I hope to God that my post doesn't get lost. Reading all these comments I'm very concerned as I mailed very important documents, and if in the wrong hands can cause major problems for me. Its supposed to go from PE to Pretoria but shows in transit since Wednesday.

No service at all lost so many parcels you wouldn't believe me. No answer for phone and email. Very very poor bad stupid useless unreliable service. Unbelievable for a so called world service

It's taken this parcel 12 days to get to Witspos and now 2 more days waiting to move to the Randburg Post Office. NOBODY answers phones nor answers emails.
