The service is so bad . I was told my parcel will arrive within a week but still not yet delivered and it showed me that it will only be received after a month . This is really not on . Because the closing date for that parcel it's the 2nd of November . I am so disappointed.

NO INFORMATION ON PARCELS THAT WERE POSTED: 23 June 2020 to NEW ZEALAND, 23 JUNE 2020 TO Taiwan and 15 September 2020 to Taiwan. This is atrocious and very bad service. My mom, Florence Taylor, 83 years of age posted these parcels on good faith in the Post Office only to be done in.

I rate you 0% your not doing your job, my parcel has been to Johannesburg mail hub two months ago and I still haven't received it

I posted a parcel on 18th September 2020 and can get no more detail than it has arrived at the Witspos hub. Surely you can do better than that!!! It was going to New Zealand.
