I have been waiting for a parcel from Germiston to Burgersfort since the 17th September, website only shows in transit. Why is it taking this long to reach the destination. Phones are not answered at the call center.

Only received registered letter notification 5th October 2020. Post office date stamped 16th September 2020.

Awful service. Its never updated and e-mails are ignored. Such a shame as the S A Post Office used to be a trusted and sure mailing method
