South African Post Office review by Paul Birchall

I posted a Parcel on the 24th of march to Namibia with track and trace it still hasn't arrived. I've called the helpline and waited 1 hour with no reply the app on my phone tell me it left Cape Town the next day track and trace on the Website tell me the tracking number is wrong. so what do i do now? anyone thinking of useing this service my advice is don't at this point my customer doesn't want the goods. so i have lost R8000 plus the postage. disgusting..
