I will like to know where is my package been delivered and with what post office in Mitchell's plain i receive a message to my phone on the 22nd off January 2020 the Sender of the package is Woolworths but I don't know what post office have receive it there is all so a payment of R25:00 that I have to pay the message state the package is being temporarily detained in your terminal the package number is ZA-483719124 please advise your sincerely George Thomas Davids phone number 0664441618or 0729866684 thanks for your time

Parcels are lost about 80% of the time. Latest is RX142648880DE handed to SAPO on 14 Jan 2020 by DHL in Jhb. No tracking information anywhere. Pathetic.

I ask whether I have to visit the post office to collect my items as when I trace it shows that is at the nearest post office

The service is really bad. My parcel has been missing since the moment it was handed to the post office.
