I hate how you are slow with my parcel ,its almost 1 month and weeks bt you are still bringing my parcel.Your service is very poor

Its about 3 months now,I'm still waiting for my parcel,it was for the big ceremony the people were give me money for their clothes but gues what a useless post office didn't delivered my parcel from Durmain post office

Webpage is unavailable for the last 10 days. Cannot track my international parcel. Msg comes back as unknown tracking number. Sharecall number is forever receiving high volumes of calls. I've used more than R200 on airtime. Ridiculous

Got hold of the post office to track a parcel that was send to New Zealand on the 1st of August. Website states that it had arrived in New Zealand on the 6th August. Was told that you can not go according to the post office website. Huh? Why do the post office have this website? The person on the line told me that the parcel left on the 9 the August. Post office is a joke.
