Online tracking not helpful all of a sudden has an error message. The gentleman at the counter in Spruitview Post Office very moody and unfriendly customer service.

More than 2 weeks to send a registered A4 envelope containing 6 sheets of paper from Johannesburg to London is XYZ$&@!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I wish I could give them MINUS 10 out of 10 stars!!!!! This app won’t let me give them zero stars, so I give them 1 star, under TOTAL DURESS!!!!!!

Your call center does not answer! I have been on the phone for over 30min at different times and no one picks up!
