They lost my parcel – I’m waiting for the order more than a month, and nobody tells me what’s wrong with it and how can I get a refund!!!! I paid $67 for the order!! Who will answer for it and where is my money!!!!! Totally unaceeptable, never use SAPO again!!

Not satisfied with the customer service – it’s absolutely unable to reach them by phone, it takes nearly 40 minutes! And when you finally ring them up – the workers are silly and rude – nobody is helping – the time wasting! Delivery is ok

Post office makes my life easier daily – I’m using it for 5 years, and I had no any problem with any delivery – always in time without any troubles

It was the first time I ordered boots online and decided to use SAPO – just to save money on delivery and it was the worst decision ever!!!! The box was totally ruined – it looks like smbd played with it in a football!!! At least it was cheap, but I don’t want to save money in this way anymore!
