So far no good!! Definitely would not recommend!! Waited on hold for 25 minutes hung up called back & got on waiting call back list. Low & behold received a call a few minutes later stating I was next in line, 15 minutes later still on hold. Not acceptable!

It takes over 20 minutes to reach someone via phone. I was late for 4 days after arriving destination terminal.

Absolutely terrible experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone. If you use Saia expect delays, rescheduling, and a late delivery, even for the rescheduled date. One word for Saia LTL Freight, disappointing.
