Horrible Horrible Horrible, they use third rate low budget secondary terminals. I’ll never look at a Saia truck or that name ever the same. Poor management, poor tracking poor you if you ever decide to deal with them. I won’t ever again
Sent us a message delivery delayed by a week because of weight of package .... following tracking package doesn’t move very much in a week it went from CA to IL ... ridiculous

My sofa was being delivered by SAIA from Kardiel and I tracked every day for 4 days when it arrived in Nashville and set for 6 days. When I finally called they said it was being shipped by a 2nd partner company and they had just picked it up!! Not until I called Kardiel did I get any delivery time or day it would arrive! Also when it finally arrived the sofa was severely damaged and I had to return it the same day! SAIA is a joke and very unreliable!

Didnt load item on truck just gave driver a ticket. Didnt call to tell me, and now a lift I rented was for nothing and work to be done with item shipped cant begin til Monday. This wa as at 4pm on a friday and all they can tell me is sorry. We will have to bring it back out on monday. Customer service. Wow. Wasnt my fault but nothing done to fix their problem. Lesson learned.
The delivery driver was terrific. He was personable, professional and and did his job well. His name is Freddie and I think he is a great representative for the company. Thank you Freddie and SAIA.
Have had some good results out of them
I should have received Wednesday, I see by looking at tracking details it’s been returned to terminal twice! Now it’s the weekend and nothing until next week most likely.
