Of course, pay for overnight and a no show. No up to date tracking, or email stating it's going to be late. Wish these stupid people would be held accountable and start giving full refunds when they cant provide the expensive service they sell. Never again for any reason will I use Purolator.

Tracking number is useless, outdate. Post Canada are more faster. Frustration is the only thing i can track.

Everytime I order stuff from Amizon and they use Purolator as the delivery company. Product never arrives on time. Always a 1.5 days later than specifies due to "sorting errors". According to tracker items get put onto delivery truck early am but somehow stay on truck for the whole day then brought back to Purolator facility at end of same day. It's almost easier for me to skip the delivery company and pick up the products myself.

For some reason the employee that delivers to my area never attempts to deliver my packages. The tracking says they attempted delivery at 2.45 PM. I am outside my house waiting for my childs bus at that time. There is also never a we missed you slip. I have to find out it's ready for pick up through the tracking site

Gave 1 star because it was the lowest possible rating for this horrible and delivery service. They don’t understand that their purpose is to make client happy. Thank god for competition: which means NO HAPPY CLIENT NO WORK. Just in case you did not get that. People will use other service that will treat them well and on time. Hope you smarten up before you become another Zellers or Sears fiasco.
