Gave 1 star because it was the lowest possible rating for this horrible and delivery service. They don’t understand that their purpose is to make client happy. Thank god for competition: which means NO HAPPY CLIENT NO WORK. Just in case you did not get that. People will use other service that will treat them well and on time. Hope you smarten up before you become another Zellers or Sears fiasco.

Parcel arrived from Amazon and sent to regional depot. Then from regional depot to delivery point took 4 days. WTF. For a business that claim to be efficient YOU FAIL.

Why doesn’t the tracking list the delivery address, only city is noted? We can only see the pkg was picked up in Niagara and delivered in Niagara ??? Pkg is still missing
