Unreliable company. I paid $180.00 to send parcel from Québec to Washington. Custom clearance was fast in USA. But Purolator did not put parcel on board. They forgot!!!!!! They said parcel was bumpted out....!!!! Unrwliable company. Never again. Parcel will be delivered one day too late. I will make a report to Better Business Bureau. They won't give me a refund.

I instantly know that my amazon orders will be late when I see purolator. Every other courier can make it on time but purolator is always late. Every stupid excuse under the sun. Just a terrible company.
