I instantly know that my amazon orders will be late when I see purolator. Every other courier can make it on time but purolator is always late. Every stupid excuse under the sun. Just a terrible company.

Drivers make very little or no effort to deliver your package! I always have to pick it up at the warehouse because the driver will mark the package status as undeliverable wrong address!! Pizza delivery drivers and Canada post find it no problem

Le livreur laisse aucune note a la maison je ne sait donc jamais si un colis a ete livré. Service qui ne démontre aucun professionnalisme

Unacceptable. My package was delayed and I didn’t even receive an email or message at all. I would expect them do make other arrangements. This parcel was very important and I needed it on time.

Left the package at the froot door of a 99+ appartement building. Got stolen.
