Awful, so slow and terrible communication. I had to return an item and the whole system was rubbish and took weeks. They pay the drivers terrible money. I won’t deal now with company’s who use Hermes as the courier.

Parcel overdue by 7 days now and no update.its been in Sheffield depot a week now.poor customer service.

WORST courier and customer service. Don't understand how they're still operating.

Total rubbish. Sent to wrong depot and now have got no idea where it is. Cheap for a reason better off paying more for a reputable company to make a decent delivery

Now had my parcel 10 days with no sign of delivery and get no where when trying to chase up , was promised delivery 2 days ago and still waiting
