tracking service gave time slot in the morning and no show, despite waiting in all day no delivery or note through door to indicate a delivery had been attempted, e-mail received to say no one home at time of attempted delivery. this not the first time this has happened, but will now avoid any purchase from any supplier using this delivery company.

Ridiculous service driver gets away with refusing every delivery to my address & sending my orders back to the retailer Hermes refuse to do anything about it, I've been putting up with this carry on for over 2 years!!!

I spent the last 2 days waiting for a package have not left the house at all have not received the package no a card to say anyone been here haven't heard any knocking at my door haven't seen anybody seen anybody come to the door when I look at the tracking it says it's on its way but never turn up when I rang up customer service I got a machine that told me that my package had been delivered when I email customer service guess what still waiting for reply This delivery company is the worst recommend you do not use it better off with Royal Mail might cost a bit more but at least you know you're going to get your package and they always leave a card telling you where you can get your package and when you call them up you always get a person to talk to who can help you where this company don't care
