Worst couriers in the world. Lose parcels, dont deliver parcels, refuse to leave in a safe place, refer to give to neighbours, refuse to walk up 1 flight of stairs. I've lived in Brighton and Manchester and it's the same wherever I live. Awful

My parcel is taking ages and the parcel tracking is very sketchy (tells you very little).

Terrible service!!! Never received the parcel. Didn’t update tracking info and returned item to sender.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I don’t know how you are still operating. Your company or drivers are a joke. Say they have delivered parcel yet nothing has arrived. Don’t knock on door then say you wasn’t home. What a shambles of a company.
