In the last 12 months I must of had 30+ parcels sent to me through hermes out of those 30+ maybe 10 actually arrived the rest mysteriously vanished hermes have no customer service I can find if you are lucky enough to get a response on email it's just to say they will only deal with the sender I've still got 20+ parcels missing some apparently left in a safe place that's so safe they won't say where this place is and didn't post a card

I'm sorry but it takes for every for you to process my parcel. It should have arrived days ago but the tracking says we have your parcel and are processing it.

Every time I contact hermes in the last six days same thing delivery in two to three working days five times I have been told this company is a disgrace
