Ordered an item on the 7th of june 2019 for my sons 3rd birthday told it would be here before or on the 13th june 2019 and when phone them they just say its in transit what a joke of a service

Hermes will not deliver to my house, they say they have been but leave no calling card, they have taken 14 days to deliver a parcel to me that was meant to take 24hrs, every single time we have something delivered we have to complain because it’s the same story each time, I would never use Hermes to deliver and I send out 300+ parcels a week just because of this

Parcel has now been delayed for 10 days. Tracking said sorry but should be on the move in the next 48 hours! Useless.

A very Good service even though it is hard as it every could be trying to find whom signed for my parcel.
