On tracking parcels I have taken to be returned on a Friday Dinner time, it is stating on the tracking that the parcel is being returned and has Sunday's date on, today is Thursday after and no updated details? Very poor!!

Worst delivery company ever. Why have tracking numbers yet you don’t actually update the progress. Still waiting as my package is late

Poor updates. Delayed with no reason. Don’t know when parcel is arriving

Tracking is showing delivered and signed but I have not received my parcel. Trying to contact customer services is impossible. Avoid at all costs.

Parcel sent 7 days before attempted delivery day. Time slot on delivery day 4-8pm free pre warning we are a shop and close at 5pm !!
