Saturday, 4 May 11:04 AM Delay in delivery due to external factors Friday, 3 May 8:50 AM Parcel arrived at a carrier facility 8:47 AM Problem resolved and parcel is in transit Thursday, 2 May Carrier picked up the package. Well was in all day, no one came near the house or the dog has suddenly become deaf

Said they'd tried to deliver parcel at a certain time. They hadn't, ring doorbell proved that they hadn't been anywhere near my front door. Still not got parcel.

did not come. joke

This company would be struck off amazon's list absolute a f..... joke of a company delivered my arse

Delivered my packaged to a neighbour allegedly, but no mention of door number and neighbours haven’t received. So Heremes clearly stole my order, and will need to replace it all. What a scummy company

Absolute joke item was 5 days late and was wrong when it got here, this company to be avoided at all costs. Also if you work for a living and are out all day THEY WONT LEAVE PARCEL, useless is not enough to describe these cowboys

Total joke, over £100 of items from Amazon Missing but was in transit Maybe abducted by aliens Company are a joke, people losing income as refunded all money Total jokers

They photograph the hands, the package, but not the door number. Nice proof of delivery. But the package was not delivered to me. Very disappointed .
