We send a package Tuesday morning and paid for express to arrive the next day. Never arrived. Still two days later and fed ext has no idea where it is. Customer service just says sorry but call back tomorrow if it doesn’t arrive. We paid almost $100 to have it arrive the next day

When I tracked my package on December 12, your records said my delivery was going to be by the end of the day. Now on the 13th, it shows my package was in Georgia at the time I checked the tracking, 4:01 pm Ellenwood, GA. Very poor information keeping, deceiving to me the CUSTOMER.

Poor service. Ive paid clearance on 7th December....sent proof of payment the same day toe Michelle Potgieter...representitive of George....ive sent remurious email to her and she did not reply! After a phone call the told me that i will receive the package the 14 December! It took the package 4days from China to South Africa! And more than 7days from George to Beaufort West! Pathetic!!
