Very poor service. The email tracker they sent said it had just begun but when we got home yhe tag was by our door we were never notified i guess FedEx expects its customets to stay home all day for their convenence Poor customer service!

Was very upset when fedex told me the eta of my package and then left it sitting at a location in olive Branch ms which pushed the eta back further than what they originally said and for that I take it as being lied to

They steal packages without notification and refuse to return to sender or shipper costing you money and time...
