My parcel ordered March 19 from Missouri star has been sitting in Newark since Friday March 22nd. Tracking # 451147322072 It's fabric! I can't believe it needs to sit there that long when I can get stuff from Amazon in 1 or 2 days .

Wait to long for delivery

I was here all morning. My pkg. Was supposed to be delivered by 10:30am. When my reg. Mailman came I open the door to get my regular mail and notice a ticket on my door from the fed x. It redirected my mail to a walgreens a ways away when there is one right across the street and the second thing I was right here there was no knock on the door. Now i can not get the pkg, until after 5pm. Which delays the meetings i had with the documents in the pkg. Very disappointed!

I put some incorrect information on the address of an envelope I was shipping which made it undeliverable. I requested that Fedex return it to me in Kentucky, and without hesitation, the agent told me they had my package in their possession and would return it to me as quickly as possible. This gave me great peace of mind. Thank you so much for your help.
