Id give them a Zero if I could. The drivers are careless and stupid. They delivered my package to a TOTALLY different city than mine. Their mistake was not even dropped at my neighbors house instead it was totally a different city! How is that possible can they not read! Then when company that shipped the product asked FEDX they said it went to my address but the tracking number showed driver delivered to a total different city. This is the usual poor service I get when shipper sends something to me by FedX. My delivery was time sensitive and I will return the product if ever arrives.

This company has delivered my packages to the wrong place so many times. In fact right now I’m waiting to see if they find 3 packages that they delivered to the wrong place just mar 27 2019. It’s heart breaking when your expecting a package and he get a message that it was delivered to come home to no package. I have spent so much time on the phone to stores I ordered from and fed ex trying to locate my packages

Not feeling good about FedEx right now. Scanned my package delivered to front door but not here! Second day now since I called and still no call back and no package. I will do everything possible to not use FedEx ever again!
