Terrible tracking capabilities. I checked every day and it guaranteed my package would arrive by Friday. Friday evening the status changed to the following Tuesday. I was out of town and wouldn’t be able to sign and receive it. Do I called to put a hold on it, the customer service was useless and said to go online which I did and still was unable to put the package on hold. So FedEx tried to deliver this package when I was gone. Now that I’m back in town it has been three business days and they can’t seem to find it. This package is extremely valuable needless to say, I don’t think I’ll chose FedEx ever again if I have other options. Terrible...
