Should have read the fine print. Didn't realize in this day and age it could still take a package 8 days to be delivered in the lower 48!

My package tracking # is 485514101797. The person who delivered my package did not even knock on my door. They said it on the front porch knowing that it was damaged and mostly open. I am unsure at this point if pieces are missing but this is a bassinet for a newborn baby. The lack of concern and care for our package is disgraceful to your company. I will be forwarding a picture and expect a response as soon as possible. My contact number is 281-914-2874.

No option given to sign for package on door tag for delivery to be left on next day attempt. We were HOME and didn't hear carrier. We waited all day and delivery came at 5:50 to our house 2500 feet off the country road, prepaid but couldn't be left on the back porch where the note was left? I even taped a note to the door signed and dated to leave the package. Frustrating.
