A lot lacking. Tracking is of little value. Doesn’t say when you will receive.

Package was supposed to be to me by 2/08 then got pushed to 2/11 delivered to USPS on 2/11. Sat in FedEx building 20 miles away since 2/09.

Terrible customer service . You should review employees hire new staff fire old ones ,that don’t do there job , or communicate properly
