I have been waiting a week for my parcel to arrive even when paying for next day delivery. They keep saying that someone was at my address to deliver but I stayed home today to be able to sign for it myself amd no one was here. When I track the parcel it says that they were here at 14:45 but that is a lie because security at the gate would have phoned me. Shape up or ship out I have never seen poor service like this ever!!!!!!
