My package got to Los Angeles CA on Jan 30 as of Feb 6 it's was just leaving Los Angeles and went to AZ as of today it's in Texas. I would like to no why it stayed in Los Angeles for 7 days. Very disappointed in Fed-X. May b the company needs to use UPS.

Never get it right..always something with the staff..driver makes no effort to get you your packages..

My package arrived earlier then the expected date. Boxed was a little damaged but the item was fine.
